You know, I was listening to CHKG's nightly Chinese AC music in my car on I-5 down to Mount Vernon earlier this week and I kept getting some average AC station busting in on 96.1 (KXXO is usually HAMMERED by CHKG all the way to Everett.) Could it be KXXO? E-Skip from somewhere else? Never got an ID.....

Are they testing?
 
No E-skip last night. You had KXXO. Maybe they'll sound better soon!
