What are some TV stations that have kept the same logo for many years...

The KING 5 Seattle logo (K5) has been around since the '70s.
In Spokane, the Q6 (KHQ-TV) logo with the same font has been around since roughly 1985-1986. They have been called Q6 since the early '60s.
Further east in Sioux Falls, the cursive 'KELO' logo at Keloland TV has been in use since 1990. But the network has been called Keloland since the '50s, with different logos previously.

KDKA-TV uses the 2003 KCBS-TV logo edition as their main logo. I know WCBS-TV and WBBM-TV does the same too. View attachment 3036

KDKA doesn't quite use the same "2" as KCBS and WCBS, as you noticed in the above pictures. I believe it's in the Helvetica font family, but the thickness of the "2s" are different. Just below is WBBM-TV's current logo; it's not as thick as K/WCBS' "2"s, it's just bit condensed.

Back to Los Angeles...KTLA's present logo has been around 2009 (tweaked in '15), but it's a variation of their 1981-97 logo...

Of course in Milwaukee, WISN has had the same "12" logo since 1976; they've gone through different re-colorings and stylistic tweaks in 46 years, but it's the same "12" that's stuck around for about 2/3s of its 68 years (and counting) of operation...

Add WSVN (then WCKT) to the "Circle 7" parade. Well, sort of, considering their circle logo differs from the ABC O&O's.
But, they have used the current iteration of their Circle 7 since 1983, with the first logo containing the same font as the current one debuting in 1976.

They are one of several stations that do a variation on the Circle 7, not exactly like the ABC logo.

It may just be my imagination, but the KSWO and WBBJ logos look just a little different from the ABC Circle 7, and I refer to dimensions, not color. The number 7 lends itself to being cleanly depicted within a circle, with the three ends touching the circle, in a way that none of the other channels 2 through 9 do.

WGHP also had a pretty cool logo, helped by the fact that the number 8 is similar to the small-case "g":

WCHS in Charleston WV had a similar logo, but I can't find it. This logo used to be on the matchbooks at Shoney's:

In Minneapolis/Saint Paul TV market the oldest logo is the WTCN/WUSA/KARE logo is been used since 1985. The font is the same but the station went through multiple call letter changes.

There were a bunch of ei8ht logos like that in the 70s and early 80s. WROC in Rochester used it, and I think KFMB in San Diego did, too.

WJW Cleveland did the same, and used the CBS eye to dot the "i" just as WGHP used the ABC logo. I don't know if WCHS (which was CBS at the time) did that or not.

KAET Phoenix used a similar logo a few years back.

WSLA (Now WAKA) Selma used the logo that had the number 8 in it.

At the top was WSLA and the bottom had Selma.

Once the station upgraded and changed their calls, the logo changed completely.

Here's a pic of a classic logo from the WSLA days. (1979-1984)

And for your viewing pleasure, here's the same logo but with a commercial attached with it:

The circa 80s "Golden 5" seemed to be an updated version of Mid 60s-Mid 70s "Big Dot 5" (Which KPHO in Phoenix copied/used in the early 70s)

KTVK in Phoenix has used its 3-ball logo with a few variations since the early 80s...now combined image-wise with KPHO (both are owned by Gray Media

Is that Vincent Price channeling Ron Burgundy, or Ron Burgundy channeling Vincent Price?

You're right, that is one ugly logo.
Ray Thompson was the long-lost brother of Vincent Price, Lee Van Cleef, and Slim Whitman.

He was also one of the two greatest news anchors ever in the Phoenix market (the other being Bill Close of then-KOOL-TV Channel 10). Thompson split his career between Channels 3 (then an ABC affiliate) and 12. IIRC, he retired not long after this newscast from September 1978. It's on YouTube.

WXIA's 11 in Atlanta had a logo for near thirty years till they changed a couple of years back.
