WVUD-FM Dayton

Those of us of a certain age can remember when wvudfm begin playing album rock or so called progressive rock from their Studios on the campus of the University of Dayton.
As I recall the station begin playing Album Rock a few hours a night and then gradually expanded until they became full time.
My memory is they started in 1970 and were full time aor by 1972. But my friend swears he heard album rock in 1969 when he was working at a local "Head Shop" What do you guys think?
