WVOX now up for sale?

I've said this before, but "Caribbean Music" is about as specific as "European Music". Many countries, a half dozen or so languages, and many types and styles within the category of "music".
That however is how they bill themselves..if they can't be called Carribbean what does one call them? I've never heard any other term
 
I too passed by the New Rochelle site yesterday afternoon. The WVOX tower is no more.
As a sidebar, the location & tower is still listed as an auxiliary TL for their former FM, WVIP, now WNVU. That authorization transferred with the rest of the 93.5 licenses back when that deal closed. For $8 million, I would hope that Hudson Westchester Radio informed the new owner know that they could no longer use the backup site.
