WSPD Toledo to get an FM Translator?

Anyone know what's going on with iHeart's 1370 WSPD getting themselves an FM translator? I heard they were going to move an EMF unit to Metro Toledo on 92.1MHz, but there is on-channel interference from the 'Northcost' Sandusky area station already there, so that would not seem to be a very good fit. They already have a hip-hop translator on 94.9 that would make a lot of sense to us for WSPD, but using full-power 103.7FM for WSPD would make the most sense- OR - is there an issue with syndicated programming on WSPD being broadcast on 103.7 that could intrude into other markets with the same programming (Rush, et al)?
