But I suppose holiday music is more appropriate since 90% (estimating too low?)of what we'll hear has very little to do with Christmas. Jingle bell rockin', frosty snowmen, surfin' Santas, pancaked grandma's, barking dogs and innumerable variations on the theme "baby come home/all I want is you".
Don't forget to stock up on all those material possesions.

Actually, I'm about as big a proponent of the "real meaning" of Christmas as anyone can be. I just have a problem identifying "Baby It's Cold Outside" and "Let It Snow" as Christmas when both are talking about the weather and making out with someone of the opposite sex by the warm firelight, thus I prefer to lump all the tunes as "holiday."
So there. Happy Holi --- err, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all.

I hate Christmas! I hate hearing that junk on the radio this EARLY!! Sunny 104.5 is already playing the it non stop. Some idiots already have their decorations up. It should be legal for me to go out and destroy them. It should be a law, No Christmas music or decorating until the 2nd week of December. It is only the first week of November and I have had enough of this Christmas S**t! Piss on Christmas!! If it were up to me, I would cancel it like a freakin stamp.Happy f*****g Holidays!!!!
