What is it about the end of the month? The last several times COX Cable has made changes to their line-up they have made the changes at the end of the month.

It was the end of September 2013 when they moved Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movie Channel, GSN, and NBC Sports from Channel locations in the 100s to Channels 90-93.

It was at the end of March when they moved Fox Business and FX2 from channel locations in the 100s (SD) and 1100s (HD) to 94/95 (SD) and 1094/1095 (HD).

On April 29th they moved Jewelry TV from Channel 71 to Channel 68.

And today May 28th they moved the Connecticut Government Channel - CT-N from Channel 13 to Channel 2.

What gets added to 13 or just another empty spot.

Another empty spot along with existing empty spots 19, 21, 22, and 23. The swapped one empty spot for another. 2 has been empty since COX Sports TV which is/was mainly infomercials moved to 128 a couple years back.

They might as well move Telemundo from 20 to 13 thus putting all the empty channels together

Notes:
1. COX Enfield does not carry WZME/43, so on the Enfield System they can put WGGB/40 on Channel 13)
2. I left Channel 92 as reserved. LIN-TV is being bought by Media General and there's a rumor they're going to put ME-TV on Channel 59.2, so I'm leaving channel 92 for ME-TV.
3. There is no official word as to WZME's future programing once they lose ME-TV in a couple weeks (months?).
4. I tried to group like channels together.

Is that a regular line up or one needing a digital cable box? As many those channels you added are available. Plus the box is needed if you want HD.

June 25th COX moved Investigation Discovery from Channel 102 SD/1002 HD to Digital Channel 66 SD/1066 HD. Again another end of the month channel change.
