WCRN-LD no longer ATSC 3.0

WCRN, never even slightly predictable, has dropped ATSC 3.0, and returned to ATSC 1.0. They are currently running Heartland and Retro on 31-3 and 31-4. This could be temporary or permanent.
 
They’ve also set the channels to “copy never” so TiVo functionality is completely disabled - no recording, no fast forwarding or rewinding, etc.

It is probably accidental. Typical for WCRN, they have not finished configuration. For example, 31-3 and 31-4 are currently marked as digital, while 31-1 and 31-2 as analog. 31-1 and 31-2 have no virtual channel info.
