W271AB and W227DC Primary Station Change

Looks like both W271AB(102.1 The Ville) and W227DC(93.3 Classic Hits) have both switched to rebroadcasting WBUZ-HD4 per FCC Filings.

They were each broadcasting unique formats, what changed on air?
 
I'm currently in Nashville for Country Radio Seminar. The filing was partially incorrect. Both were rebroadcasting subchannels of WPRT-FM and have switched to WBUZ, but still no simulcast at least as of this morning.

A lot of these PSC filings with the FCC are to catch up with changes made years ago that were never filed;
