Re: Automate it!
You point out the problem I was having with the WJJZ jocks. At one time there was an afternoon female dj who would talk for 3 or 4 minutes during each stop set, and be talking about nothing of interest. Knowing that her chatter would be followed by 5 minutes of commercials would drive a listener to hit the dial for another station, quickly. But a short 1 minute piece about the artist you just heard would be refreshing.
