KPAS 103.1 in El Paso TX, it signs off every night at midnight and back on every morning at 6:00. Or used to back in 2017.
Here's an hour long clip of how the station sounded then, it had distorted audio but the volume was quiet overall, someone had the transmitter volume too low, but the sound board turned up too loud. This was recorded around 06:30 in the afternoon.
