The New 99X is a Big Hit...So Far

The just-released January PPM monthly shows the new 99X more than doubling the 6+ shares of its predecessor station, Rock 100.5, confirming what the Holiday monthly showed. And the numbers did not come from The River.

Will the popularity last? Or is it just from being a shiny new object? Time will tell.
 
Numbers are not quite as good as what Radio 105.7 reached at its peak, but without question, they are a big time improvement from the former Rock 100.5 format.

I'm so happy Rock 100.5 was put out to pasture. That was a truly awful radio station.
