The Beat Waco

I found out this morning that The Beat in Waco has moved from 94.5 to 107.3. They have also dropped Steve Harvey for DeDe in the Morning. When I tuned in to 94.5, it appears they are beaming in R&B Adult, "The Touch". I'm just curious to know what prompted this.

KBHT is 104.9 co-owned with 107.3 and other signals in the market and its HD4 feeds it. 94.5 is/was KWBT.

The operators have told me the changes are not complete yet.
Can't wait to see what the changes will be. I'm heading that way on the 28th of this month, so I will be listening.

I heard that while I was in Waco this past weekend. I believe they are using Westwood One's "The Touch", unless that was just temporary. So now we have "Magic 94.5" in Waco, and "Majic 94.5" in nearby DFW.
They had been using programing from Westwood ones the touch. They officially became Magic 94.5 on the 28th.This morning The Ricky Smiley Morning Show debuted on Magic 94.5 KWBT in Waco.
