"Testing" on Hitz 94

Sounds like they're possibly bringing aboard new talent. Scott Edwards was chatting with a familiar voice (sounded like someone from 99.5...Rod-something), saying that he was going to be taking a "test drive"

Any ideas?

Actually, I think its JT Austin...used to be production director for Dick Broadcasting. Is it possible he is changing his name???

Well I never did catch his name, but I thought it sounded like Rod Davis. Whoever it was, he was only on for a little under an hour.

Nah, turns out my ears have decieved me... it is JT Austin. He's on 94 right now, filling in (and just said his name).
