Shameless Self-Promotion But What The Heck!

To: timf65 & johhnyu - Bless you both. I worked for WCBM back in the Metromedia Days from 1974-82 doing all nights. middays and afternoons. I did WQSR middays and was Music Director from 1990-2004. Both were amazing stations with many parallels like great talent, superlative PDs and support team staffers, promotions, jingles, locally focused et al. I can say the same about B104 (WBSB) as well. I've was fortunate to have worked for all three.

Tim: WQSR's Oldies Cafe was a fun feature that went in many directions during its run. I especially enjoyed the daily "on this date" countdowns the most. It was something fun to look forward to at lunchtime.

Thanks guys! I appreciate cooinnecting with you here. Looking forward to my new adventure at SiriusXM's 50s on 5.
