I just tried tuning into Rumba 106.1's stream and it's not working. It loads and then there's noise at low-volume. This is both on the stream on TUNE-IN and on the stream on their websites. Other Philly i-Heart stations such as Power 99 play okay for me as do some of my local iHeart stations where I live - The River 105.9 and KISS 95.7

Can't you just stream a different iHeartRadio Reggaeton y mas formatted station or their national channel?
You just might miss an Eagles promo.
Besides, I think that you would be better served to listen to the other stand out stations in different markets for this genre.
With that said, iHeartRadio was pretty much first to really run with their Chrs emphasizing the best gold selections going back 25 years. Obviously it's working. Now B96 is BMX y Swift in Chicago, both Audacity stations (has spell check become chat-gpt?)
