Thanks for the info, will catch it on KPBS.
I could see the smoke plume from my Kensington location. Mothers friend, Don, an older
Gent with a bad heart , heard the impact from his Boundary street apt. After going outside and seiing the debris
and some human remains, he gasped and went inside, almost fainting.
A new low- At the time, KGB-FM promo-ed with "Nobody Rocks S.D., Like KGB". An enterprising person , days later
was selling T-Shirts saying "Nobody Rocks North Park like P.S.A." .
Not sure what happened to him.
 
I think that the condo (in a tiny little building - something like 9 units) I lived in on Nile Street in the early 80's was built where a house or two was destroyed in 1978 by the PSA crash...
