Is there any way to get the documentation a field agent has submitted regarding a visit to an "unauthorized" broadcaster?

You might also want to check out the FCC Watch-enforcement database on DIY Media's website. It will not only give you specific cases but also a compilation of stats on the busts. For example, the average wattage per action for 2005 is 17, the average time on the air before the bust, 5 months.

It's a great site for low power broadcasters as well as for those who think the FCC is the most bogus, ill-run agency in the government (next to FEMA, of course).
