Question on AC in Miami

Looking at the ratings for WLYF and WFEZ, they seem to be about a point and a half behind each other in the ratings minus this last book. Is there a determining factor on which one is in S Florida offices and listened to more? I'm curious because I'm out of market.
 
Anecdotally, I've heard WFEZ in stores and such more. They have also had booths at Pride events, but I've never seen WLYF booths at various events around town.
