Question about Jack trademark

Since Jack-FM is a trademarked name, would it prevent a business from using the word Jack in its name, such as, for example, Jack's Pizza Shop? Back in the 90s, Target threatened to sue a Memphis radio station that called itself Target. They ended up changing the name to Star. Also, did Jack In the Box make any fusses about Jack FM being in San Diego, Los Angeles and other West Coast markets where JITB and Jack FM co-exist?

It depends on what areas your trademark covers. I doubt that Jack-FM is trademarked as a Pizza name.
