Programming on Mexican stations

The recent thread about call letters brought a question to
mind. A number of years ago I read that all AM and FM
stations were required to run the government-produced
program "La Hora Nacional" each weekend. IIRC, it aired
Sundays from 11PM to midnight. Is that still the case?
 
Yes, it is still the case but I beleive it runs at around 8pm.
