Pop-up ad on RD

Several times over the past day or so I've gotten an ad pop up in the middle of an RD page, where there is this massive grey area, with a small AD dialogue box in the middle of it. It only occurs so far on RD, so I'm curious as to whether some advertising software has gone sideways perhaps. I'm going to clear my cookies just in case it's on my end, but it still has the RD web page 'frame', and it only has happened on RD.
