Oldies 102.1 KTMB changes format - again

KTMB 102.1 recently adjusted it's format again. It had been 60s, 70 and some 80s oldies, even calling itself. Oldies 102.1 for the past few years. Now, it is labeled Classic hits 102.1.... mostly 80s hits and classic rock. It now goes up against KBBO 92.1 fm, KBFX 100.5 classic rock, & KEAG 97.3 classic hits. In fact, 102.1 now competes with it's own sister station KBBO 92.1 for the classic hits share. Anchorage is now left without an oldies station but has several stations programming some form of classic hits. Since 2000 102.1 had been the Arrow (classic rock),the Buzz (modern AC), The Peak (AAA), oldies and now classic hits.
