Tonight on AM, I got the following station.

1640: KBJA Sandy, UT: Heard spanish talk and music here. Weak under KDIA Vallejo, CA, with ABSOLUTELY NO SIGN of KDZR AT ALL. Is KDZR off due to the rain and windstorm?
