Mark Watson mentioned on b-r-interest that the Lowell Spinners will be on WCAP after all, not WUML (so much for the pocket schedules the Red Sox farm team put out that all mentioned the UMass station as the home for their broadcasts)

The "Lowell Sun-rise" program has pretty much tanked...how soon will WUML revert back to the students? A Merrimack-Valley-wide facility utilized for the "benefit" of a small cadre of people who get their jollies playing recordings for each other.
