Hey all.

I'm looking for some people to give me a list of 'essential' 90's hits. I'm talking about those that need to be on every CHR station. I'll supply some of mine later tonight.

I'm asking b/c I need to up my iPod on some 90s' and one of my playlists is 'The 90s and Now'. Anyhow, thanks in advance.

Hi there...

Presently, these are the biggest 90's "Golds" on CHR/Pop right now.
(in descending order...)

"I'll Be Missing You"-Puff Daddy
"You Make Me Wanna"-Usher
"Too Close"-Next
"Mo Money Mo Problems"-Notorious BIG
"Baby Got Back"-Sir Mix A Lot
"Ghetto Superstar"-Pras ODB & Mya
"All The Small Things"-Blink 182
"California Love"-2Pac & Dr. Dre
"Can I Get A..."-Jay Z
"Hypnotize"-Notorious BIG
"My Own Worst Enemy"-Lit
(that one's is quickly turning into the "You Can Do It" or 2005. It sorta went away for years and now stations like Z100 are all over it again)
"All My Life"-KCI & JoJo
"You Can Do It"-Ice Cube
"Killing Me Softly"-Fugees
"Are You That Somebody"-Aaliyah
"When I Come Around"-Green Day
"Luv Me, Luv Me"-Shaggy & Janet Jackson
"Party Up (Up In Here)"-DMX
"No Diggity"-Blackstreet
"Summertime"-DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince
"Nuthin' But A G Thang"-Dr. Dre
"If You Could Only See"-Tonic
"This Is How We Do It"-Montell Jordan
"Pony"-Ginuwine
"Iris"-Goo Goo Dolls
"Back That Azz Up"-Juvenile
"Time Of Your Life (Good Riddance)"-Green Day
"Slide"-Goo Goo Dolls
"Semi Charmed Life"-Third Eye Blind
"Doo Wop (That Thing)"-Lauryn Hill
"Creep"-TLC
"Where My Girls At?"-702
"Real World"-Matchbox 20
"808 (Remix)"-Blaque
"Big Poppa"-Notorious BIG
"Big Pimpin"-Jay Z
"Smooth"-Santana & Rob Thomas
"Love You Down"-INOJ
"No Scrubs"-TLC
"Waterfalls"-TLC
"Bring It All To Me"-Blaque & JC Chasez
"Don't Speak"-No Speak
"Let Me Clear My Throat"-DJ Kool
"Got Your Money"-Ol Dirty Bastard
"My Boo"-Ghost Town DJ's
"Crash Into Me"-Dave Matthews Band

Other songs like "Say My Name" & "Jumpin' Jumpin" and "Forgot About Dre" and "The Next Episode" are from albums released in 1999, but those particular songs didn't peak on the CHR/Pop chart until well into 2000, so I would call them '00 songs.

Hope this helps!
