Live radio in the Hudson Valley

Just wondering are there really live radio shows other then morning shows in the Hudson Valley. I just heard on WRWD say portions of the following program is pre-recorded. This might be because the FCC is enforcing a new rule on the radio shows on the air today. At WALL radio so it might be safe to assume they are live 10 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays and Sundays 8:00 AM to 12:08 PM. I believe WSPK & WPDH are live weekdays but have been told Jack George's show is sometimes recorded on the weekend. Thoughts ?
