At some point I have a vague memory of her co-hosting a late morning or early afternoon music/talk/magazine infotainment type show on WIP

There was indeed that, “Midday Infotainment” was a short-lived experiment. Led to briefly moving Bill Webber to evenings.

A “nice try” effort to stem the inevitable loss of listeners to the FM music stations. Mix in various features, like for example snippets from the American Music Survey they had started carrying, amid the music and create a more foreground type program.
