Last week, KWSF-LP Mesa was approved to change its call sign to KWSQ-LP. I wondered why they'd do this, but the Coconino County Humane Association snapped up the KWSF-LP calls for its low-power FM in Flagstaff (92.3, FID 780729). Hmmmmmm...
