Those staged listener testimonials on 92~Three are so similar to what the Nurse and I've heard in the past on KJZZ. NPR has certainly stepped up its game, with impressive listening levels in many markets. And there aint nothin' wrong with KTA-NPR using the same concept as it works very well and sounds more legitimate than done by the station's image voice talent.
