FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:GBC Owner Ricardo Salazar continues to add to his growing radio holdings. In separate transactions, Salazar buys KFVR-FM (La Junta/Pueblo, Colorado) from Chris Devine's Superior Radio of Denver, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The station is currently Urban/Dance. Also, purchased from Kona Coast Radio, LLC (Vic Michael) is KKHI-FM in Laramie, Wyoming. The station is currently a CP from the last FCC auction and will sign on later this summer. The purchase price for KKHI was $250,000.00Salazar currently owns KGRE-AM (Ft. Collins/Greeley, Colorado) and is in a JOA with Tigre Radio, LLC CEO Michael Tracy for KMOR-FM/CP (Cheyenne, Wyoming) which will also sign on this summer as "Tigre FM".All three transactions, were brokered by Chuck Lontine of Marconi Media Ventures (www.marconi.cc). Interesting "radio fact" - this is the third time Lontine has sold the call's KKHI for Michael. First time was in 2004 as a move in CP that is now Jack FM in Denver. Second time, KKHI-CP in Hawaii (now Educational Media) and today's announcement. Its no surprise that Michaels is going to retain the calls after today's sale closes (sometime in the fall
