KIMX 96.7 iMix Streaming Not Working....

I know I'm not from Wyoming & I'm not sure I'm in the right category but...

I noticed that I was about to listen to this station from Cheyenne, WY & it was streaming live, but it was silent. I tried to e-mail this radio station, but they didn't reply me back. I know I can only listen to this station in Cheyenne in person. Can somebody tell me why this station didn't stream online?
