There are plans to knock the present four towers down in Hayward ,build a warehouse on the site and put 4 new towers on its roof. No word yet on where the two stations will operate from on a tempory antenna ,which I'd guess will be a single tower at lower power until project is finished.
The two stations now share towers ,with KFAX being the owner of site and there the longest.

Bay Area real estate prices are touching all-time highs. Is Salem going to cash out & maybe do a leaseback for the towers, or keep ownership of the site?
