Katie Melua - Nine Million Bicycles

I just heard this song on Radio 227, and I was captured by the sweet innocence of Katie Melua's voice. She released "Nine Million Bicycles" as a single from her album "Piece By Piece" in the UK in September 2005, and Soft AC and Easy Listening stations on this side of the pond would do well to add it to their playlists. It's a sleeper song, akin to Michael Buble's "Home", although not nearly as slicky-sung. As one reviewer on Amazon.co.uk wrote, "It is contemporary, relaxing and a genuinely original and beautiful song that's been permanently stuck in my head for the past two weeks -- and I still love it!"
