Over the years I've been challenged here repeatedly for making the assertion that NPR is perhaps just a bit politically biased in their coverage.

Well here we have a 25-year insider saying they're politically biased in their coverage.

As I've said in other threads, that's his opinion. Those who agree will use it to justify their pre-existing opinion. He says a lot of things that go unchallenged. He extrapolates his views into those of the entire country at a time when NPR is experiencing its greatest popularity. But sure, there are a lot of people who dislike it, want it defunded, think they should be shut down, and refuse to listen under any circumstances. There's really nothing they can do that will change those with that view. He's not the first insider to write that story, and he won't be the last.
