The "right margin" of your web browser screen only applies to "wrappable" items, like a paragraph of text. Non-wrappable items, like graphics, borders, frames, or fixed lines of text, will just overflow beyond the right edge of the screen, requiring you to constantly (and <FONT COLOR="#FF0000"><BLINK>ANNOYINGLY!</BLINK></FONT>) scroll left and right to view it all. In the case of message boards like this one, since the message titles are non-wrappable, it'll just keep bumping more and more towards the right, forcing you to scroll sideways more and more to view it all -- at least until some internal limit is reached -- perhaps 256 levels of "bumping", or 1024, or some other nice binary number's worth.
