House of Broadcasting Museum

It's been a few years now since the House of Broadcasting Museum lost it's physical location on 5th Ave in Scottsdale. Visiting online is just not the same as seeing everything on display in person. And where exactly is all that memorabilia being stored at now?

It was a great stroll down memory lane for anyone who was in the valley during some of those years in the past. And for newcomers with an interest in radio, it was a great to see and learn about the valley's rich radio and TV history.

Does anyone have any info on a possible new location for it?

Hi, their website says items are being exhibited at the AZ Historical Society next month:

House of Broadcasting Comes to Arizona Historical Society

House of Broadcasting donated artifacts will be featured in a "Broadcast Journalism in Arizona" exhibit at the Arizona Historical Society's (AZHS) Heritage Center, 1300 N College Avenue, Tempe, AZ. The exhibit is set to feature equipment, photos, and other artifacts that highlight the contribution Arizona broadcasters have made to broadcast journalism. AZHS is planning to include interactive elements. The 1600 square foot exhibit is scheduled to be open to the public from February 24, 2022, to August 31, 2023. Stay tuned here for more information regarding the exhibit

Excellent news! Will check it out on my next trip to the valley in March. I hope maybe they will decide to make it permanent. But a year and and half will be a nice run.
