Grand opening with lots of media, how many crew members needed?

There's a grand opening of a business opening up soon, it's a pretty big deal for this market. We're scheduled to do a live remote, but there will also be tons of other media professionals there to report and do live broadcasts.

How many people from promotions should help out with our live broadcast at such a crowded event? Both visitor and media wise.

Space may be limited, but we haven't been given the specifics on that yet.

Any input is appreciated.
______________

4-5 should be sufficient...maybe one more to get bannering done in a timely manner...2 at the broadcast booth and 2-3 walking around talking to people and handing stuff out...all in station gear..the more the merrier and the more exposure for your station
______________

that would depend on how good your crew is. If you have quaility people I would say 2 or 3. If you need to have more than that then you need better personel. I have pulled off several large events with a crew of 2 or 3. If they are sharp. It will work. If they are morons like most promotions people, then your screwed.
