Hi everyone!
I'm new to these boards, but the station owner, where I host a new talk radio show (www.unregularradio.com, based in Boston) suggested I come on here and chat with people on the boards.
I host a show on Sunday nights, 8-10pm, EST) called The Love Hangover - it's an interactive talk show about dating, sex, and relationships. Here is my facebook fan page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Love-Hangover-with-Neely-Steinberg/415412995429
It's not really an advice show, more like open and honest debate about various topics relating to dating and sex. We talk about current events, too. I use sound boards and am a bit irreverent (but try not to let the show get too dirty, although once we had a former famous porn writer talk with us about his time in LA and that was...well, quite scandalous) and playful. I'm trying to emulate Howard Stern and Opie and Anthony in small ways - I want the listeners to feel like we are having a blast during the boradcast (we are!). I've had a bunch of notable guests in studio, and we also just started webcasting via UStream. My audience is growing, but it's hard getting the word out and getting people to tune in to internet radio. Does anybody have suggestions on how to get my name out there and build my fan base?
Thanks so much in advance!
Neely
