Yes the Halloween Format is coming to Live 95.5 FM and its stunting as Evil 95.5 FM

As more than 175 million Americans plan to celebrate Halloween this year, KBFF-FM (Live 95.5)/Portland, OR, is flipping to "Evil 95.5" for the ghoulish holiday. Historically, Portland radio stations have formatted their playlists to reflect Christmas music. But the for the first time ever, the Alpha Media CHR outlet claims, it's the first official Halloween station. Special Halloween playlists and spooky sounds can now be heard all over the Pacific Northwest.

Note the stunting will start on October 22nd.

How have their billings been? Is this a stunt to then go straight to Christmas moosic, then new format for the new year? Or are they doing fine, and this is just a nice 10 day gag? Any insight here?

I thought they were doing fine. I suspect them to be a bit teen heavy but that's just my impression. The fact that they turn around "Live" to get "Evil" makes me think it's nothing but a stunt and indeed, the article referred to it as such.
