Fade out: amount of time from the start of fadeout untill the end of the item

Xfade: Amount overlap time of the two (music) files

Fade in: Amount of time since the fade starts till full volume

Begin off
End off

These two last items I couldn't act in my Dalet workstation, sorry.

Begin off would be the StartCue where the 2nd bit of audio starts, eg if there's silence or the use wants to bring the start-point forward. End off would probably be the CueOut of the outgoing item, ie: where it stops completely.
