Cumulus Birmingham South 99.5 stunt

Would this radio format work (the "South 99.5, not News/Talk)? I know i would listen to it, as much as I would to a station carrying the Logan's "format" (Southern Rock, uptempo country, and some blues). Cumulus's stunts are sometimes better than the actual format (before or after). I know everything is so rigid now. Determined by radio consultants with nation-wide homogeneous blah strict formats. IMO, 2 of the worst things to happen to radio. Sorry if I offend someone.

Btw, I know Alt 98.3 is considered somewhat of a joke on these 2 boards, with Gabby as the punchline. But 98.3 is my default over 88.5, 93.3, 94.5, 96.3, 105.9. And I'm 62, about as far from their target demographic as possible. The 2nd time my favorite station is one I do NOT know most of the songs; the other Hot AC 106.7 (the Planet).
