I don't think that would be a showdown at all.
It will be a duel with blanks. That's all Davis Media is shooting is blanks.

Credit to Davis Media, they're at least a locally oriented company who tries creative things with their stations. It's obvious they have "haters" - but I appreciate a lot of what they're trying to do.

There is nothing local about it. They have you fooled
But that seems easy to do these days.
