Since You Been Gone is still testing very well on most stations. It'll be power recurrent all year. Hollaback Girl will be burnt out in a month or so. A lot of stations will rest it for a while.
The whole #1 for t he year is skewed. You can't go by spins on the year, or a song in the first thrid or half of the year would always win. I've always said take the 20 highest weeks and add those spins together. A song could be #1 for the last 8 weeks of the year and still not be in the top 20 for the whole year.
