Chicago Bulls play-play announcer Neil Funk iretiring after the 2019=2020 season

Longtime Chicago Bulls play-by=play announcer Neil Funk has announced he is retiring following this season https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/b...cQoa8ketbYtL72qbDu8w2GYBzYy0BgMs9Fs2fK6YO1oHg . He has been calling Chicago Bulls basketball for both radio and then later tv since the 1991-1992 season, and he was around for 5 out of 6 World Championship for the Chicago Bulls. Which is 28 and 43 yeas in the NBA according to what he said in his press report, that you can read about. Like last season he will cut 20 road games, with all games being on NBC Sports Chicago starting this season. He has been the tv play-play man since the 2008-2009. On tv he replaced Tom Dore the did the gamers on Comcast Sports Net, and Wayne Larrivee that did games on WGN TV. Most sure which 20 road games he will take off tis season, or who will do those games. Bulls last game of the regular season is set for April 15th on the road against the Boston Celtics, and the Bulls last home game is 2 nights earlier vs Orlando Magic, so I can't really say for sure which will be his last game, If the Bulls don't make it too the playoffs, or if he doesn't get to broadcast games in the playoffs if they do make it there.
