Change of Ownership help for an NCE station

I made it through the IRS 501 c3 application first try so I wanted to try the FCC's change of ownership form rather then paying a consultant ridiculous fees and doing all the foot work anyway. Is there anyone I can bother with experience in this. I have some questions on exhibits and we are in the 4 year holding period since we were just licensed this year. Or a copy of a completed one!.. This a simple hand off 1 station from 1 local non-profit to another. Thanks!
