cannot access my settings

This problem just started yesterday. When I try to access my settings, I get the following message:
[] operator not supported for strings on line 26 in /home/radiodiscussions/public_html/dbtech/vbsupe r_pm/hooks/avatar/usercp_pmbit.php #0 /home/radiodiscussions/public_html/usercp.php(470) : eval()'d code(2): require() #1 /home/radiodiscussions/public_html/usercp.php(470): eval() #2 {main}
