It was a crossover! It was on both the Pop & Country charts. It's also currently being used as the theme song of a British sitcom.

When it comes to anything regarding Skeeter Davis, I can't stay mad at you... ;)

This is the example of the type of people CC kept on staff. (I have never been a CC staffer and go out of my way not to be.)
