Entercom just launched a New Urban AC in Austin. 96.3 RNB..with Steve Harvey in the Mornings..its on a 99 watt translator but it will soon be boosted up to the max 250 watts.
 
I'm pretty sure Smooth 1560 will bite the dust soon but it's good news for Austin to get a full time urban ac in 12 years. It is much harder for any urban to launch in a market with 10% or less Black population but anything is possible.
