Auction 62

I was on RECNET and saw that one of the allotments up for auction (whenever the delayed one is) was a CP "licensed to" Cumulus. How do we know this is the case, even if they are the only ones who put the $1500 down?

If I remember right, some of the folks who bid in the last auction decided they really didn't want the channel once they won it. So they didn't make the final payment.

Now what happens is the channel goes up for auction again. The company that pulled back is still on the hook for the difference between what they bid and what the channel eventually goes for. Believe Cumulus pulled back on one of those channels
